4 boys…what an adventure and what a hoot!  There really isn’t ever a dull moment around here.  The boys keep me hopping and yet at the end of the day I often wonder what I have done with my day!  Today we enjoyed watching Levi, Luke & Joel play in the backyard for a couple of hours (yes, that is a really neat part about living in CA…you can still send your kids outside in January to play!).  They dug and dug in the dirt.  When I asked them what they were working on, they said they were getting some new features ready in their mud pit for next summer.  I have no idea what “features” a mud pit can have, but it sure was nice to see them working together and not fighting, wrestling, or aggravating one another for a couple of hours.   

While the “big” boys played outside, Jude spent a lot of his time on my hip, discovering his new world as I traveled around the house doing chores.  He is a very happy and smiley baby and brings so much fun and joy to all of us.  His giggle is my new favorite sound.

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to keep our website updated more frequently.  We’ll see how that goes!  A Happy New Year to all!
